(“M&G”) intends to acquire the Norwegian ergonomic backpack brand Beckmann through its subsidiary.M&G and Beckmann Norway recently held a online signing ceremony in shanghai. M&G CEO Chen Huxiong together with the partner of Herkules Capital and Chairman of Beckmann Board Fredrik Kongsli, Beckmann Family's 2nd generation Jan Olav Beckmann ,Beckmann CEO Ole Falk Hansen , attended the ceremony through video.

Beckmann has 75 years of experience in protecting children's spine. Beckmann now has more than 75% market share in Norway, offers products and services to consumers in over 20 countries.
